I am a permanent resident of Canada in common law. Me and my spouse want to sponsor my brother who is 36 yrs old and lives in India. How possible is that? what is the process and how long will it take?? Many thnx.

If you live in AB or MB, you can do it under PNP family stream.  If you don't live in AB or MB, you can't sponsor him but maybe you can get somebody you know to help find him a job and get a temporary work permit.
