hi tamana.

As the embassy refused to issue TRV for your pretty baby, you should wait untill the PR visa is granted. Usually it could take up to one year for the processing. Hopefully after next spring you can take your baby to Canada.

Hi tamana, you are welcome!.
I could understand your problem but according to CIC's  procedures and policies they won't consider any request for quick processing of applications, even though you explain your difficulties to manage without your husband. There is no need for sending any additional documents to visa office unless they ask for any. I am pretty sure that if you expedite they may reply that the case is in process.
