I am sponsoring my mother and got financial evaluation approval from CIC.  I sent the application form to my mother in the US. She is out of status in the US already.

On the application form (to be sent in Manila - home country), what should she put in the "country of residence" ?  Is it US or Manila ?

Please help

Was she admitted to the US for 1 year on her last entry?  If not, it has to be Manila.

ok so it is Manila

On the Application Form two of the questions are:

Country of residence
Current Status on the country of residence

If my mother is out of status in the US, what should be indicated as her country of residence ?  Should it be U.S. or Manila ?

Can she take her medical exam in the U.S. ?
