I have an important question to ask..when I was living in my home country, I worked in a company for 5 years and they gave me an aparment for me to live. that city is about 2 hours away from my home town. so, I only went home every 10 days when I had 3 days offs. on the background check form, they ask you to list all the adresses where you lived since you were 18. what am I supposed to put there? my home adresse or my work adress?
