if the parent is in canada on temorary work permit and he apply for a PR in buffalo .how to renew a work permit?he should be again sposored by an employee.?
can he do his own business .is there a way to get an open work permit?
if he needs a lawyer how much it will cost?

If somebody wants to extend his work permit, his employer can take care of it.

It is not possible to get an open work permit unless you are the spouse of somebody who is in Canada on a student visa or temporary skilled permit.
