Since you are a PR, you must be living in Canada when you submit the sponsorship application and you must continue living in Canada while the sponsorship application is being process (i.e. until the file is approved and the PR visa issued). Occasional short trips (2-3 weeks) out of the country are OK. Anything longer and you risk having the application refused due to lack of residency.

Take the time that you spend in India to collect all the necessary documents so your app is prepared nicely. And get lots of photos showing the relationship between you and your new wife!

collect as much evidence you can. that will make the case stronger. dont forget the phone bills i mean the details of it. and keep the record of the detailed phone bills after you apply as well. as if they ask more evidence to show you can show to them. even its written in the instructions to show that you and your spouse are in contact with each other after your marriage as well.

well. i dont think so there will be a problem in your case untill unless you provide all the evidence that your marriage is a genuine one
in my opinion this is not a complicated case. highlighted thing to make a case complicated for them is age difference you guys dont have that .
thats sad you got rejected for your visa.but i would suggest if not your wife will apply your pr case do not apply for visitor visa.you will have high chances to get rejected too.
go ahead with the application provide each and every proof that your marriage is genuine and you both love each other.. tell your wife to file your case and goodluck with that
