Hello, please do advise us what to write in the question 9 and 10 of the Sponsor Questionnaire form. The matter is that a spouse is the Canadian citizen by birth, but they do not give any option there - they just ask -
9. Are you a naturalized Canadian or permanent resident of Canada? 10. Were you yourself sponsored to come to Canada?
The matter is that non of the options they give in answering the questions are applicable for a Canadian spouse. But at the same time they require all the questions to be answered and mustn't be left blank. What to do in this situation?
thank you in advance
