Hello,
please do advise us what to write in the question 9 and 10 of the Sponsor Questionnaire form. The matter is that a spouse is the Canadian citizen by birth, but they do not give any option there - they just ask -

9. Are you a naturalized Canadian or permanent resident of Canada?
10. Were you yourself sponsored to come to Canada?

The matter is that non of the options they give in answering the questions are applicable for a Canadian spouse. But at the same time they require all the questions to be answered and mustn't be left blank.
What to do in this situation?

thank you in advance

There is another form the sponsor fills that asks if he is a citizen or a PR.
IMM1344A QUESTION NUMBER 10. Yes you just tick NO for both

The answer to is 9 is permanent resident and the answer to 10 is no.  Those are the responses I gave and they were accepted.
