Sponsor Questionnaire question

I have a question regarding the Sponsor Questionnaire, question 7 (details about employers).

Do I have to put specific name and contact number of my boss there or just the general info/phone number of where i work?

I don't think it matters for the number...Won't they be able to get in touch with your boss if they phone the company? However, if you have the work contact number of your boss, you may as well put that, since it will take less time for them.

The  instructions clearly ask for Name (company name, or  individual if  you worked for one person), Complete Address, and Telephone number of EACH employer.
