Hi in the sponsor Questionaire #4 Provide name and address of Father and Mother.. should I still put an address there even though both my parents are deceased? What should I do ?

Also #11When do you plan to return to Canada to resume residency? There is a  date thingy there.. I dont know what date to put there.. Help please !

Put deceased for their address, and if you're in Canada, just type N/A for the other. If you're living outside Canada right now, you have to be planning to come back, put the date you'll be returning there.

I am living in the US with my husband and we will not be returning to resume residency until he gets his PR . That's why I still don't know what date that will be.  Sad

I am living in the US with my husband and we will not be returning to resume residency until he gets his PR . That's why I still don't know what date that will be.  Sad

Maybe write in "see attachment" and write up and explanation stating that. You'll also need to prove you're going back - show proof of housing, a job, etc.

Yes I know what you mean Awor, if only there was a space to type in ...other than the date. I got a letter from my daughter saying we will be living with her and her husband till we find work and get established. I hope thats enough!  Smiley

I believe question 11 refers to a date you intend to move back to Canada. In the end it may become a different date, I guess the idea is to demonstrate intention to be inland when the person being sponsored receives their PR.
