Hello Roksana, and welcome to the forum! My area of specialty is insurance, so I can answer that question for you. I will leave the other answers to others who have more experience in those areas... :-). As for the insurance, there are some minimum guidelines that must be followed, the most important of which is that it must be in force prior to your parents arrival.
