sponsor parents for super visa

Hello,
I am planning to apply my parents by super visa.I have some questions.

*I have alredy sponsored my parents. Would  I have to indicate in the appplication?
*What is the minimum necessary income for 2 persons(Parents)? Will they count my kids also(My family number is four)?
*Who will arrange the medical insurance,the parents or their child who lives in canada?
*2 times my parents tried to visit canada but they rejeted. I have seen the super visa form,it is same as like visito visa form. I am confused about getting visa for my parents. Is there any special form for super visa?

Hello Roksana, and welcome to the forum! My area of specialty is insurance, so I can answer that question for you. As for the insurance, there are some minimum guidelines that must be followed, the most important of which is that it must be in force prior to your parents arrival.  It may be arranged and/or paid for by you, but there are medical questions that need to be answered by your parents. *Who will arrange the medical insurance,the parents or their child who lives in canada? Either you or parents
*2 times my parents tried to visit canada but they rejeted. I have seen the super visa form,it is same as like visito visa form. I am confused about getting visa for my parents. Is there any special form for super visa? Yes, the forms are the same in the CIC website.
