My brother is living in Quebec 3 years ago
Me and my sister, we have got our immigrant visa (skilled worker) to Quebec and we will travel in February.
We don't have any other brothers or sisters.
We need to sponsor our parents (father & mother).
1- What is the more rapid way to do so ?
2- Can we apply for sponsor our parents while they are staying with us in Quebec?
