Sponsor mom and dependent sister

Please advise, I would like to sponsor my mom and sister, however my sister is over 21yrs old and is financially dependent on us, she has a medical condition. Would very much appreciate if anyone has been successful in applying with similar conditions.

As long as you meet the financial requirements  (cic.gc.ca)...

You may sponser a dependent child up to and including 22 years of age, and if a medical condition requires dependance upon family then that age become irrelevent (sp?)... I suggest including an explanation of the condition along with the care necessary and requesting Humanitarian and Compasionate consideration. A medical exam is mandatory so the condition will be known.
