Hi There,

I had applied for Canadian skilled worker application and it got approved. I have sent my passport for PR visa and waiting for the passport and landing papers. I am planning to get married sometime in June '06. My Fiance is a refugee claiment in Canada, his case got denied and he is waiting for the further steps of processing with his case and is in Candan right now. I would like to know

1. Once we get married and I apply for his immigration under family sponsership, can he stay back in Candan while his spousal immigration case is in process?

2. Or he has to leave the country while the application being processed?

3.How long does it take for the spousal application to be processed?

Anyother information that I need to know regading this matter is really appreciated
