My question is complicated.
I`m a canadian citizen and in 2009 i got marry on city hall and sponsor my husband but things didn`t work out between us but i kept the sponsorship for him and in august 2010 he became permanent resident . In november i was already living with somebody else and me and my ex husband just got divorced but i know i`m financially responsable for him for 3 years and for that i don`t worry about because he is a responsable person but we realize that we are more friends than a couple. My boyfriend now just have a student visa  to be here and just apply for a renew and i would like to know if i`m able to marry him and sponsor him to get a permanent resident? i just found out that i`m pregnant as well and i went to visit 2 lawyers and one told me that i can`t sponsor him until august 2013 and the other one said that i can marry and sponsor him .What is true or not ? can i sponsor him now or i have to wait?

This is correct.  Your boyfriend should look at options that may be available for him to be eligible apply for PR through one of the economic streams after completing his studies.  There are many steps/requirements involved with students so he should get some advice.

You have to satisfy the first undertaking of 3 years from your first husband - you cannot sponsor another husband while that undertaking is still in effect.  It doesn't matter how responsible your first husband is, you have to wait until three years from the date he landed before you're eligible to apply to sponsor again.

It doesn't matter that you divorced your ex husband and it doesn't matter if both of you marry again.  You still sponsored him and because of that, you are responsible for him until August 2013 and you can not sponsor another husband until then.

Maybe your boyfriend has other ways to stay in Canada.  How long is his student visa?  After his student visa expires, he can apply for a post-grad work permit.    During his post-grad work permit, he may find an employer who wants to keep him and is willing to sponsor him for PR.
