SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources)

Dear Friends,

I would like to know about SPHR value in job market of Canada. Does this certificate helps somewhere in getting a job within HR department of a company. Or just good for hanging on the wall, since its American certification.

I believe CHRP is the primary designation recognized in Canada. I'm not in HR myself and don't know how SPHR is reviewed. You might want to consider looking at Canadian HR postings on monster or other job posting sites to see if SPHR is listed as a desired qualification in job descriptions.
