I am going to try this when applying for PR (While Waiting for Work Permit you can do both As per CIC)

I have undergone a State Medical and Passed with Certificate/Immune Sticker... (Bloods Xray ECG etc ALSO IMMUNE TO Flu and H1N1 Flu) I have also applied for My Police Check UK Spain and Holland.... I have requested References etc From Employers......

I am going to send all the above for my PR Check (Even though they will ask for it again know doubt...) too see what response I will get....

As I have checked on here no one seems to of tested this out as of yet....

Any feedback or suggestions welcome!

1.  Your wasting your time.  CIC/CHC wants medical results from the Designated Medical Practioner and they will send you the medical form.
2.  You will be better off following the instructions rather than making you your own procedure.

Hi PMM

Thanks for your reply!

I am fully aware I will take medical/police check again I see that in the List on CIC...

I have not Paid for Police Check or Medical its all automatic here in Spain...

I just found out I come under category 1 so now my Application will have to go to the Paris Embassy instead of Sydney..

Which is really Annoying as I have another form to fill in Of were I have flown too in the last 10 years which is impossible as an IT Analyst I flown Europe 100s of times in 10 years!.

Regards

You haven't read the instructions have you?  All FSW1,2,3 initial applications go to Sydney.
