I am finalizing on the documents and about to send the application. I have few questions/clarifications
Senior please help me.

1. In the forms, if some sections are not applicable. Do i have to mention "Not Applicable" OR just leave blank OR strike a cross line across that section?
2. Does "declaration on the common values of quebec society" needs to be filled/signed separately (individual copy) by both Applicant and spouse?
3. On the back of "declaration on the common values of quebec society", there is "protection of personal information", they have asked the signature of "dependent child" along with Principal applicant. If dependent child is infant, what should be done? leave it blank or put thumb impression of child?
4. On "declaration by spouse or de facto spouse", one page is for spouse and back of the page is for de facto spouse. If only one is applicable to me, i filled the applicable page only. Do i have to leave the second not applicable page blank or Strike a line diagonally to page or mention "Not Applicable"

Please let me know. Thanks in advance for your help.

I don't know for sure, but for #1, I think we leave them blank.  That's what I'm doing, anyway.

I don't know about the rest, hopefully someone here will be able to help you. Cheesy
