Speaking test, part two – legal time length 2 minute?

Hello all,

I have a question about part two of speaking test.
Known that in this part you receive card with questions and have to prepare for 1 minute.
After this must answer within 1-2 minutes.
I spoke exactly 2 minutes according to my chronometer.
But the tester began to show with him hands– without expression by speaking something that I need to continue, just 1 second after I stopped to speak.
I am immediately said" It's all" and He continued with test with out attitude to that is happened.   
Please give any idea why the tester started to show with him hands that I need to continue?
