Spam Email from my account to FSW-Intake sending malicious page by other ?

please advise that somebody unlawfully used my email account and sent malicious mail to FSW-Intake.cic.gc.ca. Later i sent clarification email to inform that some body did unlawful thing but CIC not accepting my mail may be of reason that software security might have automatically blocked my email address. I have created new ID and trying to send email to clarify. Tell me proper way to handle this.

are you joking or what?? because any email to fsw-centralized-intake-office  @  cic.gc.ca automatically bounces back because from this address you can only receive email not send.

Dear,
I think its better to inform CIC about ur new address or email without mention anything about that issue. Then  email them again after few days to ask them if they have received ur new email and address.

there is NO authorised email add. of cic.
all u can do is mail or call on phone.

thats what i said there is no email for CIC,, i think he is not telling the truth for watever reasons i don't know, but this is my opinion only

It is clearly written under my 1st AOR that this e-mail is not monitored ,so it means that they have not recevied any of the e-mail .so dont worry
