In 15. adress of the form "schedul 1", the space for filling the adress is not enough while typing directily in the pdf file. Is there any way to make the typed fonts smaller or make space two lins?

It seems the fillable fields in pdf are created through forms. But when I click in the menu advanced->forms->open forms in adobe designer, It asks for a password. Does any one what the password is?

If you have licensed version of “Adobe Acrobat Professional 9.00” (not free version download from net) than you can easily reduce the font sizes in fields without asking password.

Write as many addresses as fit and on the last line in the PDF document, write "continued, see attached document".  Then make an extra sheet of paper and mark it at the top "Schedule 1, 15. Addresses, continued" and start there where you left off in the PDF.
