Sowp - Passport Query

Hi
My wife and I are moving to Canada for work in the next couple of weeks. I will be going out initially and hope to get
my TWP at the POE with my job offer and all relevant documentation.
She will follow shortly after and will hope to get her SOWP there with copies of my paperwork and marriage certificates etc.
However we are not long married and her passport is still in her maiden name -
will this be a problem at immigration or should we rush a new passport through?
Thanks for any advice - greatly appreciated.

It is okay that her passport is still in her maiden name. She can bring a copy of your marriage certificate and a copy of your WP, present these to the officer at POE (I am assuming you're from a country whose citizens do not need a visa to enter Canada.
