Dear Seniors

please advise what all can be shown as proof of funds.Other than bank statement can we show mutual fund investments and share certificates.

A O A, ASYOUSUF bai.when i will get my  mr even my 20th month is going to end after complete application?nd my e case status is inprocess with rbvo detail.i sumitted my applicatin in 21 oct 2009 in nov canada.noc is 4131.even though i applied for caips notes too last 10th nov.wat is ur opp        waitting 4 ur reply.GOD BLESS U BROTHER.WAHEED Smiley

Dear there is no set timeline or deadline for application process. I do understand the frustration due to such delays and no updates. Can not comment at all on when and how your application will move. U simply have to wait. All u can do is send case specific query and inquire status of your application from CHC VO. Hope u will get some updates

Yes. It can be in the name of both of u

If u have money / asset being gifted, should be part of your bank account or in your name only. U may need to draft a formal document (by lawyer) that proves that the amount or assest is being gifted to you and is in your name now.
