Hi,
1. It's of NO use to attach SOP/Cover letter. No one is going to read your SOP. It's NOT a part of SPP/Generic/General-University visa checklist.
2. Instead focus on your competitive study plan. Visa is more a matter of;
a) Academic grades/marks.
b) 'Competitive' study plan.
c) Finance (Not millions, only 1st year tuition + CAD 8,000, as a minimum).
d) IELTS of 6.5+.

Hi, 1. Recommendation letter is not required. Yes, you are required to submit (optional) work experience letter under 'Generic Category'. 2. 'Competitive Study Plan' means your proposed course is relevant to your prior education/work. Much better if your admission is based on some competitive exams like GMAT, GRE etc. |
