I need a sample from someone whose visa has been approved at local CHC, Islamabad.
I just want to take a look at style and length of the SOP.
Should it be hand-written or printed from Computer?

you do not need to submit letter of explanation as it is a different doc designed for diff purpose. Please read the whole paragraph carefully and not just a couple of sentences separately.
Statement of Purpose is a different document. If you need a sample I can send it to you.
That will clear things for you.
