After reading through numerous threads that i thought would help me out, i may even be more confused than when i started !

I would like to apply for a temporary/permanent work permit in Canada. I am a UK citizen but have been living in the US for 10 years and hold a permanent US residents card. I have a degree in Operations Management (Which doesn't seem to fall under the list of required professions). What is the best method of getting some/any kind of work permit. Do i need to go the Job offer and LMO route?

I just came back from a week in Toronto and during that time met an Irish car salesman and an Albanian house cleaner who seemed to have no trouble getting in, why am i struggling !!!!

Thanks for anyone who can shed some light on what must be the worlds most confusing process
