We have some wordplay threads in the forum, they help us to while away the time waiting for our processing to happen.

I wonder how good we are when seeing others?

Spot The Fake Smile

This experiment is designed to test whether you can spot the difference between a fake smile and a real one.
It has 20 questions and should take you 10 minutes.
It is based on research by Professor Paul Ekman, a psychologist at the University of California.
Each video clip will take approximately 15 seconds to load on a 56k modem and you can only play each smile once.

Take the test and post your results.

I got 15 out of 20.  It seemed most people that were genuine laughed before they smiled and had more crows feet!

I suppose that if you get less than 5/20 you could apply to be a VO (pay grade = cynical)? - LOL

Is this why I keep buying cr-ap I really dont need from dodgy salesmen?
Thank God for spam filters on e-mails , or by now I would have probably sent all my bank details to the exiled King of Kodogoland to help him get his treasury out of the country or something.....

19/20........maybe because I am deaf, I am more able to read peoples faces. Part of 'hearing' is body language but the eyes have it every time.

I got 18 out of 20... But maybe I think people are not always 100% genuine:) I thought a lot of the smiles looked fake

17/20 and the bad part is I would have got the other 3 right too but for some reason doubted myself at the last second.
