some more help pls Dear forumers

Hi guys,need some info who gone through this.

I have redone my Meds last year which expires on 20.02.2010 ,(my case  is being handled almost 2 years)
my lawyer told me that,most probably to finalise the case the embassy waiting for an "OK" from Federals(CIC)
Any idea if they r going to ask me for the third Meds to do ,or the officer can finalise the case,without an "OK" from CIC ?
couse application is going over its due.

It looks that you deviated from  your original thread. Anyway,  what type of sponsorship is yours?. Where did you file your application?.

It`s Family Spouse Application sponsorship,my wife Canadian sponsoring me .
I have filed my application at Ankara,Turkey Canadian Embassy

Hi,
As you applied as spouse, your case seems delayed too much..  Why don't you send a status enquiry to your visa office at Ankara though ECAS ( Case specific enquiry). You should get a reply stating why  your application is on hold.
If you don't get reply within two weeks time tell your wife to get CAIPS, so that you will be able to know what is the hold up!!.
