Some info.

Hello there.
It looks I have some problems with immigration canada and that's why I'm asking for some info.
I'm Albanian citizen and I'm married with a Canadian citizen.
I did my interview in Tirana in february 2008 and the officer said that the application will last for 3-4 months coz I had to renew my medical exam. My old medical exam was colose to be expired. I did the med exam and sent that to rome and my on line application said that they received that.
Four months passed and I did not received anything form immigration. So I contacted my lawer in Vancouver who wrote some e-mails to canadian Embassy Rome and he either didn't received any response.
My wife went to meet the MP and he asked some info to Rome and they finaly respnded saying that they got all the positive responses from Canada and are still waiting for the letter from the Minister of Immigration. As much as I know this letter is beeng issued when you are deported. I was not deported and I have my departure papper work with me.
The MP wrote an e-mail last December to them explaining this fact, and till now I haven't received any thing at all.
Any info will be very helpful
