I have checked with some forum that last few month Singapore VO is not issuing any 2nd AOR.
But know one knows WHY? I am also frustrated.
Anyway wish for goodluck.
Anything please update this forum.

Dear All,

after six months of gathering docs and preparing the immigration file finally today i sent my file via DHL ...AL-HAMDOLILLAH . . . .

Now the heart beat is on higher pace and fingers crossed hahaha.

Best of luck for all applicants and Insha Allah ....Allah help us all....

how can i update my status ...

i received 1st aor/per by Email oct 4


2nd aor by mail nov1


wating for ecas to change from received by visa office .....

ever since oct my ecas has always ben received by visa ofice on july 11

Is it possible to share the main content of the 2nd AOR, Because I received one email from CIC and only one letter from singapore VO,
said process will start as per priority base and since than my ecase shows "received by visa office" nothing change.
