if you have a AEO you dont have to worry about the cap dude..but ofcourse 10 lacs is a huge amount....if hes covering everything inclusing the maintainenance of funds,visa fess,AEO in 10L then its kool.

Its true if u have AEO you dont have to worry about the cap but one thing is for sure that why they would hire you if they get person there and the main thing is not of the AEO or the cap the thing this that how sincere and how capable your consultant is. me here in UAE the big names here like "premiers" are also a big cheater lie on every step and i last he says your application is rejected take money from you are in middle of no where .... so i don't believe these consultants and i don't know about the person who is asking for 10lac.

so if you have exp in any NOC just download the instruction file from CIC website read it carefully and read it carefully it explain how you have to prepare your file its very easy process if your application straight forward. but if there is a loop hole and u have to hide something than consultant is better ..but make full investigation about the consultant before.

one of December applicant timeline:

I received my AOR n the email today. it took me 6 weeks to receive it.

TIMELINE:
-They (CIO- Nova Scotia) charged my credit card 3 weeks after receiving my application.
-they sent me an AOR 6 weeks after receiving my application

I called the bank and they said they don't get any information like this.... have to chk wit the consultant...spoke to consultant n they said hav to chk wit bank...called the bank again n they said tat they don't info til 2 years.... wat do i do?

only bank can tell u ...they are telling lie bank can tell you just tell them the DD number and ask them to check their system ...they will be able to tell you

Farooqi - I am planning to take the DD copy n check wit them becos i called them twice n they say they don't know....

I have  a doubt when i applied for the PR we had to show funds for Rs. 9 lacs but by the time i arranged for the funds n submitted they had increased to 11 lacs.... so i have sent them the proof of settlemet for  10 lacs, wil they refuse my application based on this reason, becos i heard they have very lame reasons to refuse the application... is that so??

Hi there, I applied to the same noc . 4152. After reaching cap is it still okay to send the application because CIO reject many application while processing and they may take application from outside the cap, Need advice. Thanks
