So worried/got letter CIC SIN will send the Medical Rqst in late 2010 to 2011

Just today's evening I heard from my Lawyer that CHC Singapore sent me one letter mentioning I have qualified the pass mark but they will send the Medical Request in late 2010 to 2011.
Is there any body who received the same letter after sending updated docs from CIC Singapore..? though today I have seen in the trackitt that one member (May/2006) got same letter from CIC.
My AOR date 20th April,2006. Updated docs sent to Sinagapore on 20/12/2009.
Can you pls tell me what could be the reason..? Is CIC Singapore going to slow in processing once again..?
Plz.. plz.. advise. I am so worried.

could be more files they are dealing now.

If you filed in 2006 that means you are not included in the fast track.

oh, I didnt notice your timeline. as CarribRN said, CIC is now dealing with FSW 38 NOCs. OThers will sirely get it, but they gotta wait. Dont worry mate. you'll get it.
