hi guys,

my application status is “inprocess" could some one let me know what is happening .it says we started processing on dec 3rd. i got verification calls this month on 19th. 2 for companies and one for my home.
they asked my mom my job and where i work.why did they as like that have they not reviewed my application? both calls from embassy were handled properly and i in both calls they were asking if i were in the profession that i applied. Bothe were done correctly except from my mom reply was different.
i am so  tensed and could not expect what exactly they are going to do in my case.Can some one please suggest.

pkakula, i can understand your frustration. that's first time i have heard them making so many phone calls even at your landline. Mom's reply was different, that won't make a huge impact, in worst case scenario, they might call you for interview. In that, you can always say that english isn't your mom's first language so she tried to explain as per best of her ability. Secondly mom's don't know what profession there children are and all the technicalities. My mom doesn't know what profession i'm in and what's NOC?

I agree with you. They are doing all to knock down mostly those in 4131. Can you imagine i attended a conference in The USA and i did international exams in my home country offered by British Council and the visa officer has asked me to do FBI and Police clearance for USA and Britain.  Bit i have filled all the information on my form where i was studying before taking the exams. So i do not understand how he came about with his own information.

But i will not let it go and that is how they are delaying my case.

I just have to be patient.
