I was wondering if Anybody can find out any information about adding those professionals to the List?
So IT/Engineer Professionals can hope to apply in this year?

I don't think so. Because Canadian job market is already flooded with engineers. Currently many engineers are without job, and many of them have changed their career path and now working in nonengineering field. Moreover, Candadian universities can produce the required number of engineers locally and yet their was a large influx of engieers during the last decade, many of them are not working as engineers due to unavailabily of jobs. So plan your move accordinly. However, if have a skill that is not available in Canada, then you are good to go. Otherwise it is not a favourite place for foreign trained engineers

Agreed with sish7255. It's unlikely to see IT as part of the new NOC, however no one knows for sure. You study your options as sish said, and keep monitoring.
