so happy!! how do I sent additional document?

Hi everybody!!
Yesterday I got with the mail the extension of my visa for ONE YEAR! I still can't believe it, i'm so happy.
So now that I have my client ID number, I need to send my marriage certificate for my permanent residence application cause I didn't have it when I sent it. How do I do it? DO I need to attached any note saying what it is for? Do I have to write down my client ID on the envelope or in the note or something??

Hi Lauryn,

Write the client ID number, your name, address, and phone number on a letter or note attached to your marriage certificate.  And write the type of application (i.e., PR application-family class) on the outside of the envelope.
