SO confused NO VISA Sticker No Refusal letter No Refusal Stamp

Hey Everyone....Help me and  Guide  me in a  right Way  I'm  in very bad Situation  Right now.  I'm a Religious worker and I 'd apply my visa application 18 August 2011 after 2 month  on 17th October   I got  my Passport back  from  Canadian High Commission . But In my passport envelope  there was nothing Just  my Passport. So right now I'm   so confused . i really Don't know what i suppose to do now ?

Naa I have been in Singapore for a while. i know its not a big Travel history i know that.....this morning i was in chandighar  at Canadian high commission office .  and  they  give me  refusal letter in my hand without any reason .. Canadian High Commission its the toughest rudest and  and  a little bit egoist.  now i m 3 time refused by Canadian high commission.  and Im   little Sad.
