Small query on my case and how long London VO takes for 2nd AOR

Here's my story:
Application filed: 11-May-2011
1st AOR: 22-Oct-2010
All but 1 document submitted: 25-01-2011
Remaining document (FBI Clearance) submitted on: 15-02-2011
Sent an inquiry via email if they received FBI clearance on 15-03-2011
Question:
1. How long does it normally take for 2nd AOR (or 2nd file no). Are they the same thing? As it does show online that they have recieved my documet pack.
2. Should I expect an email from them regarding my query whether they have recieved my FBI Clearance? As so far they have not replied at all.
