Skilled Worker with Arranged Employment London Processing Times

Hi Everyone,

I have applied for the skilled worked class under the arranged employment option. I have received a positive response from CIC who have said my application has been sent to London for further processing. I included all docs in my original application including the positive HRSDC arranged employment offer. Does anyone have any experience of how long it takes to process once it hits London? surely its not 6 months?

The thing is is that i have been on a work visa for the last year working with the company that i have the arranged employment with. My work visa is up in October and i received this CIC letter on June 7th, what happens if it comes october and still no PR? In the guidelines, it states that your current work visa must be valid upon receiving the PR....does this mean im screwed? :s
