Hello all,

Does anybody knows having a previous immigration process as a skilled worker canceled by the applicant would
affect the immigration by sponsorship process?

Thanks

I am also interested in the answer to that question.
As I think, these are two different processes of the applications & one shouldn't have effect on another. Though they can put more attention to the proof whether the relationship is really genuine

Thanks for replying Suin.

Before I open this post I kinda believed in the same answer as you but I had my doubts...
nobody else replied so I decided contact an immigration officer to know the real answer.

Today she replied my email and told me there is no worries about that,
it shouldn't affect but I can only have one of them processing..also warned me that I can't leave the country,
I can't work bla bla bla... all the things that we know before applying for sponsorship in land.

Thank you very much.
