Skilled worker Program Applied from Pakistan after Jun 2010

Hi all is there any one who applied after June 2010 as i m having some questions,
1.My friend already applied and asking me to send partial application to ISB CIC office
2. My documents are not yet completed.(By visiting the CIC site they asked for every thing should be completed and to be sent to Sydney Canada where as my friend asking to send simply to ISB.
3. What is the fee Beneficiary, and payment method and where to send the completed applicaiton.
4. Check list requirement.

1.My friend already applied and asking me to send partial application to ISB CIC office
If you have already got reply from CIC and now sending full docs then you need to send it to London Officer as Islamabad office is not processing FSW applications.

2. My documents are not yet completed.(By visiting the CIC site they asked for every thing should be completed and to be sent to Sydney Canada where as my friend asking to send simply to ISB.
If you are sending your application to CIC then you need to send all the documents to CIC Sydney as rules have been changed and now you need to send IELTS PCC and other documents with your application to CIC Sydney, again ISB is not looking after any application.

3. What is the fee Beneficiary, and payment method and where to send the completed applicaiton.
You will need to fill the Payment form and send it to CIC Sydney you can either pay it by credit card or by demand draft.

4. Check list requirement.
You need to send all documents requested in the checklist to CIC.
