Hi Speedo,

I think you don't have to give up. You should learn some french. You can get 4 points for basic french language knowledge. Or more, if you learn hard...

Speedo,
You need not give up as quiters don't win and winners don't quit. intensify your efforts. On a lighter mood, GET MARRIED to a graduate and grab 4 additional points. On a serious note DO NOT QUIT Learn french along the way too

hi there,
did you appear in the IELTS test?? A bandscore of 7 will give you maximum for english. And for french; try to contact the "Alliance Française" if its available in your city. Their teaching method is standard and their certificate is accepted everywhere!! And please, don't give up!!
good luck

Why you give up?
I've only 12 years of study and 2 years diploma (technical) in Graphic Design. I'm still hopeful and trying to find out employer in Print Graphic.
I'm currently working in Middle-East.

You should try to find out different points of view to a same situation. A prime example given by Oloye... I thought your post name referred to "speed of light" but now I can't stop thinking about "speedo flight"... speedos, gotta love'm!

If am not wrong you have 51 points plus probabl 16 points is 67.  I would advise to go ahead and apply just start reading for those english exams so hard atleast to get 7.5 I am telling you please try.  Sometimes your application will fall onto a very good case worker and you will be lucky.  I know someone who had diploma and the points went to 66 but she still went through and has done medical result now.  Please also consider enrolling on french classes just in case.  The thing is that the process takes long by the time you would would have done something.

I hope this is just a suggestion.

Hey speedoflight,
why only give you 20 points on your 3 bachelor degree? Can i say it 22 points.
to other experts,
is that correct the you will give only 20 points for bachelor degree. hope to hear from you soon.
thanks,

I concur with others in this thread.  Go to nearest Community College or Adult School and take a semester of French.  That'll give you a document to attest to your new French knowledge.
