this month I had refusal decision at my application from the CIC.I want to resubmit my application as skilled worker for   Canada in jannuary.  But this year, maybe in May,  I hope to be winner of DV lottery 2008.
my question is : can I have any problem if I live in USA after I have applied? (Maybe I will not work at my profession in USA)

please give an  idea

thanks in advance

If you are admitted to the US, then you can apply to Buffalo again, note that you better improve your points from 63 if you expect to qualify.  If you file from your home country, just ensure that you update your mailing address if you move to the US.
