How long does it take to get my skilled worker and permanent stay. Process begann may 2006. I am from germany.
My wife is canadian and we are getting a baby soon, which is Canadian Citizen before I have my permanent stay!

If you wife is a Canadian, why in God's name are you applying as a skilled worker?  She could have sponsored you as a spouse and you probably would be "landed" by now.

hehehe. that is the shortest way to go to CANADA (if you have family there). i just wonder you did not invest time to immigration of canada or is there something wrong?

PMM is right, it doesn't make sense for you to have applied as a skilled worker having a Canadian wife. Your wife would have probably suspected this when you applied, so perhaps you can clarify that.

But since you already applied, you can check the approximate times here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/index.asp. (But I assume you already know that, too.)
