Skilled Worker Immigration Rejection

Hi All,

I applied for CANADIAN Visa as skilled worker.

I showed on my form the job experience of my full time job i-e Software Engineer (NOC 2173) and I got rejection on email

saying that this code do not from the list of 38 professions.

Then searched and found that the job that I am currently doing as consultant (Part Time) Job does belong to the 38 occupations, but in my first apply i didn't mention that job as I was hopefull  that I will get the approval on my full time job.

Please suggest me, whether I have to tick on my form that I have applied for PR and got the rejection???

or

I don't have to mention it as it was rejected from SYDNEY on very initial stage?

2173 is not part od 38
what other code you match? 0213?

You need to have 1 FULL YEAR worth of experience.. I am not sure when you says part time.. What does it mean?

Thaks for your reply ADA,

My Part time experience falls in 0213. (2 Years and 9 Months)
My Full Time Expereince falls in 2173 (4 Years and 9 Months)


Part Time Means around 28-30 Hours a week job.
Full Time Means 40 Hours a week Job.
