You have to update them by email, then send, by nail, the updated IM0008 form, birth certificate, travel document copy, photos...etc as per your VO checklist.

Cheers

You have to fill out the application forms again and send the processing fee as well as copy of your son's birth certificate and passport.

Hi to All Backlog Applicant
some days before I read on face book against pervious cases one applicant view
I post his view

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Jason Kennedy is a paindooo for doing this:
One of the people posted this on the forum

"Today I called CHC-ISB and asked them why its taking that long for spousal immigration and why you are not working on them within your time lines. Visa office lady said we are aware how much problems applicants are facing and its a major issue here at CHC-ISB as well. CHC-ISB have enough people to complete the work but they have special instructions from Jason Kenney's office to slow down the spousal immigration process. She also said if we get instructions from Canadian Immigration office to finalize the cases in a week we can do that easily.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

you can guss .
I am six year waiting from CHC London

I wish they can finish it a week, but I doubt that they operate like. There is a parliament and some authorities to watch and observe. It's unlike the third world where a minister can do this and much more!

I totally believe that for 90% cases it can finalized in one week. Easily, without doing thorough check.
