I am a foreign (western European) national who was recently employed in Quebec on a temporary worker visa. My employer has now decided, after 2 months of employment on my full time contract that they only need me to work part time. Do I have anything to go at here, or is it ok for them to do so? I have no way of taking another job here, so half the pay is a big, big blow to me and my girlfriend.
