Can somebody tell me if the federal skill labor  application has been opened.I have my application handy  to be mailed but I don't know whether it has been open since the last time it closed on June 26, 2011.

wait till july 1st tomorrow as they have mention about new regulation being published. But i think there is a long weekend holiday so hopefully by tuesday. This is just my estimation.
