Size of envelope mistake!!!!!

OMG, I just realise that I used the wrong size envelope when I mailed in my status restoration and study visa renewal!!! They require 9" by 12" and I used the regular 4" by 91/2" . Will it affect my application?? Has anybody done this silly mistake and got by with it???
