On last week of April 2010, CIO Nova Scotia received our application,but no email,news,nothing. Pls help on what to do.Thanks.

call on their helpline and lodged a complaint - i did the same and got response within 20 days.

join list of april 2010 applicants. from which country you applied. their phone no is 0016139444000. use options 1...2...1...2....1 stay on hold and dont disconnect untill agent answers. they can ask name , date of birth etc |

Thank you for the number. What times and days to call the phone number? Can we be counted for the April 2010 applicants, since we still have not filed our applications to the Visa Office here in Manila. And doesn't April 2010 mean you filed your application to the Visa Office last April 2010, and not the CIO? |

i m also waiting from last six month for ANY response. by calling at Call centre i was informed that my application was incomplete due to missing info . so returned in April 10. But i m still waiting. i havent received any e-mail yet.

Bottom line, will it be any use to spend time, money, and effort on overseas calls to call the hotline? Called it just now, and it keeps repeating that all officers are busy at the moment and to call back later.
Please somebody explain, especially those have gone through the whole process. Thank you
