Sister visting Toronto

Hi,

My sister is a teacher, and will have her annual winter vacation in the coming month. I plan to invite her to visit Toronto for her vacation. (I'm a candian citizen).

My sister is single, has relatively big savings financially. And has a job.  How should she prepare the supporting documents ( what need to be focused on) for her application?

The application for the visa will tell you what you need to provide. 

The most important items are always proof of sufficient ties to your sister's home country to show that she will leave Canada at the end of her visa, and proof of funds to support herself while in Canada.
