Sister trying to get back in.

My sister was PR for 3 months 15 yrs ago. She left the country to get married in another country. Now she is getting divorced and has no family there (the rest of the family are all Canadians here). She has 2 little kids.
She is a housewife but well spoken in English. What are her chances of applying and rejoining her family back here again?.
We can easily support her in every way.
This is a tough one because we cannot sponsor her directly under the Family class anymore.

Tips? anyone ?

Well her PR status from 15 years ago is well and gone.  She'll have to immigrate under one of the available categories.

Sorry to hear she's getting divorced. Did she give up Canadian PR 15 years ago in order to be with her ex-husband?
